About Zinc
Zinc is a cloud-based solution that helps field employees establish two-way communication through text messages, audio clips and voice or video calling. It allows business leaders to send targeted broadcast messages to specific employee groups based on departments, locations, and skills.
Zinc enables administrators to configure hotline groups to automatically route staff requests to concerned authorities. Supervisors can set up role-based access permissions, multi-factor authentication and custom data storage to ensure user and data security. It lets teams create message groups to conduct discussions specific to work orders, product installations, accounts or tasks. Additionally, managers and leaders can gain insights into data usage and communication performance across the organization.
Zinc facilitates integration with internal and third-party solutions, including Google Drive, SharePoint and Dropbox. Team members can use the native Android and iOS applications to establish communication remotely. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via phone, email and documentation.

My overall experience with Zinc has been quite positive. The platform is user-friendly and streamlines the process of managing references efficiently. However, one downside is that once a reference contact has been submitted, employees can't update that information. This can be inconvenient if there are changes or errors. Despite this, Zinc has helped improve our workflow and has made it easier to manage reference checks.
