About Vision
Vision is a commercial lease and loan origination platform that helps organizations streamline and automate business workflows. Designed for financial institutions such as banks and leasing companies, it allows agents to gain real-time updates on customers, staff, vendors and brokers and facilitate transparency across transactions.
Features of Vision include credit reporting, scorecards, data collection, pricing optimization, customizable calculations and dynamic reports generation. Its white-label solutions allow users to generate custom documents at any stage of the loan origination process. Additionally, it comes with an integrated customer relationship management (CRM) platform, which helps manage and automate sales processes across channels.
Vision allows integration with various third-party solutions used for credit reporting, address validation, site inspections, OFAC verification, UCC filings, Blackbook, e-signature, email marketing and more. It can either be deployed on-premise or hosted in the cloud. Support is provided through phone and email and pricing is available on request.

Pros: Excellent company support with outstanding turnaround when issues crop up. Tracking System for reporting activity is very strong and with customization capabilities CRM system is excellent and with the mapping of all inbound and outbound emails linking to the specific contacts within each company is a life saver. The ability to link the CRM contacts to Constant Contact for powerful marketing capabilities has saved considerable time with launching marketing efforts. Vision easily interfaces with our accounting software that has improved our financing effeciencies. Vision interfaces with DocuSign for speed of sending documents to our customers. Cons: It would be nice to have the flexibility with a more friendly user interface with the reporting capability without requiring custom report programming from the Vision Folks

The software is very user friendly and it is very easy to train employees on. We started with the out of the box version but have made many customizations to the software over the years as our business needs changed. You can basically tailor the system to your liking. The system is very reilable and works with outside vendors easily.
