Nice and supportive company.

The company is very supportive and I can tell they are working hard to make their system to be better, also, they really concern what the customer needs. Plus, they are the start-up small business liked us, so we can improve and grow up together.

Pros:

I like the self- ordering mode a lot, and it can lower the error for taking order by in-person.

Cons:

The connection is kind of unstable and hardware still has some issue on it.

Revi is too expensive

my overall experience with Revi have been good. I just can’t get over the monthly fee and processing fee.

Pros:

What I like the most is that I don’t have to interact with customers when busy. But apparently it’s too confusing for them and I would have stop doing what I’m doing in the middle of a rush to help them. Which is very annoying.

Cons:

Cost and set up. I don’t like how I have to switch city, state, and county tax every time I go to a different spot.

Pros:

I like the dashboard and reporting features.

Cons:

I do like the idea of the kiosk and was very excited signing up. But unfortunately every morning it has to be reset and often throughout the day the reader will disconnect. This is very inconvenient and defeats the purpose of having it because we end up ringing the customer up anyway. If the kiosk worked it would be a great product.

Pros:

Online ordering, QR code, relatively easy to use. The supporting team

Cons:

Limited function, can’t give spontaneous discounts. Have to set up a code. Too many steps to check out on POS. Asks too many questions. Anyone can open cash drawer. No audit trail.

Uso sencillo y de implementación rápida. Tienes la opción de crear una cuenta gratuita y probar el software con algunas limitaciones pero así puedes ver el potencial

Cons:

En general es un software completo, lo que echo en falta es la capacidad de personalización de las plantillas de email o plantillas más completas para conseguir mayor conversión y las vías de contacto para problemas técnicos son pocas.

Lo mejor de este producto es su funcionalidad a nivel SEO, ya que permite enviar datos estrucuturados a lo motores de búsqueda de forma sencilla y fácil. Lo que potencia enormemente el SEO en e-commerces.

Pros:

La función más importante de Revi y la cual le hace diferenciarse del resto es que tus clientes pueden ver y conocer las opiniones de otros usuarios, la visibilidad que le da a tu empresa es bastante potente.Además, es totalmente personalizable, ya que tienen un montón de widgets para que hagas el diseño que más te guste.Es uno de los mejores sistemas de reviews que he probado.

Cons:

Como con cualquier herramienta nueva, los inicios son complicados. Es cierto que quizá mejoraría que Revi fuera un poco más intuitivo a la hora de utilizarlo, pero es acostumbrarse
