About Inngenius PMS

InnGenius PMS is a cloud-based hotel management solution that provides front-desk management, housekeeping, booking and point-of-sale (POS) capabilities. The solution suits the needs of small hotel owners and managers.

The InnGenius PMS calendar feature enables users to track occupancy status and monitor room availability. Front-desk managers can review room availability on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Further, the software enables front-desk professionals to make group bookings with the help of an interactive scheduler.

The housekeeping module enables managers to monitor housekeeping and occupancy status, and hotel staff can assign team members to different rooms and schedule housekeeping duties within designated timelines.

InnGenius PMS integrates with payment gateway platforms such as Authorize.net and PayPal. Its integration with Google Analytics allows managers to track website performance.

With history, look on the top of the reservation and in the blue bar you will see "history trail" and it will tell you the whole history of the reservation as well as what user made the changes at what time and date they did it at :)

Great PMS and always helpful customer service.

The pms is easy to use, it covers all the needs of our hotel and the customer support is always there for you. I would definitely recommend to all properties that are looking for a pms that is cloud based, friendly, has great value for the money, and the customer support is super fast.

Pros:

The thing i like the most about this software are the “Reports”. They simplify the Finance Office way to much work.

Cons:

Would be great if there was a mobile app so we don’t have to open browser/safari because it is not comfortable

difficulty in synchronizing new rooms added to the company's website. Have to use innconnect instead

Pros:

Functionality, easy to use from receptionists and good reports for management and finance. Good connection to channels.

Cons:

when two different users open the same window and make changes ate the same time you cannot save the changes.

The system will warn that someone else is editing the same reservation or task so that information is not lost or over-ridden, for example, if two people are editing the same reservation, and one person changes the name on the other end, and the other person changes the date but saves the reservation without the change of name, then it will save and over-ride the change of name that someone else did on another computer. Hope this makes sense :)

Thank You Inngenius!!!

Changing PMS is a huge commitment from data entry, training and fear of the unknown customer support. I tried 5 different PMS before choosing Inngenius. Perhaps I would not have the same appreciation without that experience. The other programs I used had a complicated and time consuming reservation process. A reservation in Inngenius can be completed or edited in one screen, e.g., Name, Dates, Rate, Payments, Notes, ID Swipe, Memos. Another feature so important is the simple but intuitive interface. During the daily check-in we use the 7-day feature. I am surprised how often I zoom out to the 15 and 30 day to help with rates and trends. The most important feature, however, is customer support. In other programs, I was loosing thousands due to a mapping issue or hidden default pricing and couldn't get the issue resolved. Inngenius has never deflected an issue and I appreciate the accountability, problem-solving, and quick response to product enhancement. Also, the refresh rates must be really quick because I have NEVER had an overbooking. Thank you Inngenius.
