Scam Service That Doesn't Work

They claim to run Apple Search Ads, but they don't know what they are doing. Ads that they set up were not getting any impressions on Apple. We introduced Asapty to our Apple manager. Apple manager reviewed the campaigns and explained to Asapty what was set up incorrectly. Asapty ignored the advice claiming that they knew better. The campaigns continued to get almost no impressions. For the first tree weeks Asapty was apologizing for the poor performance blaming Apple and algorithm. Then they just checked out. For the remaining 3 weeks of the service they stopped sending updates, refused to communicate with the Apple manager, ignored our messages, missed calls, etc. They refused a refund either.

We are sorry about the experience. At Asapty, we strive to provide our clients with the highest level of professionalism. Regarding the concerns raised in your review, we would like to clarify a few points objectively. We followed your manager's advice to switch to a regular one ad group structure with exact match keywords after testing SKAGs yielded low volumes. Despite $30 max bids, the recommended campaigns failed to generate desired volumes across our client base during that period, as communicated. Your manager suggested $100 bids, despite installs already converting at $20 CPAs with no sub-$30 conversions, per our shared email. The only missed call was with an Apple rep after you discontinued our services. Your refund request disregarded our extensive efforts testing various structures (SKAGs, one ad group, broad, Discovery) across 30+ countries to find a solution, citing just "insufficient work." Despite the outcome fell short, we remain committed to quality services.
