So far so good.

So far it is good. As they allow you to make custom changes the whole working of the product. It will take time, but other than that the product is good and the team is even better.

Pros:

The team is ready to help is very passionate for making there product a good fit for the client. Any kind of modification or customisation is not just appreciated but also the team is readily available for guiding you through an even better customisation.

Cons:

Refresh Button Inconsistency : The refresh button often requires multiple clicks to function correctly. Manual Refresh: Changes made to the dashboard do not automatically refresh the page. User Interface Aesthetics : The current dashboard design may appear outdated and could benefit from a more modern and sophisticated aesthetic. This is just my personal preference but the whole dashboard and user interface can be a bit minimalistic for giving it a sophisticated look. At the first impression when a saw the dashboard, it felt a bit old school. It's just me but the aesthetics of the dashboard can be improved. Not taking away for the working of things just the look of it.
