Pros:

Wie wollen wir in einer vernetzten Welt die richtigen Partner für reale Wertschöpfung durch Geschäftstätigkeit finden? Über X, facebook, TikTok und co.? Eher nicht. Es braucht einen Business-tauglichen Ansatz, der den Community-Gedanken auf eine neue Stufe hebt. LoftOS - gleiche Interessen finden. Das geht hier.

Cons:

LoftOS ist recht komplex. Das ist sicher der Idee der Vernetzung verschiedener Stakeholder geschuldet. Ich denke, mit den richtigen Erklärvideos geht es immer einfacher. Das Onboarding ist schon gut, FAQs helfen, das Interaktive wird sicher noch kommen.

It's an easy and quick way to build a platform and user database. It's not so easy to generate user activity and communication on the platform.

The flexibility and adaptability of the platform. The quick response rate of our CSM [sensitive content hidden]. The fact that we can build our own modules and programmes and now even our own category trees.

Cons:

Some features, such as user-mailing and pages, are still a little complicated and not as dynamic as we would like. We currently cannot modify our homepage on our own, and this leads to long delays and complications because we also have to work through Innoloft when we want to update the homepage.

Die Plattform bietet viele Möglichkeiten, eine Community aufzubauen, zu "bespielen" und zu betreuen. Die meisten Funktionen sind gut aufgebaut, wenn man ein paar technische Grundlagen beherrscht und neugierig ist.

Cons:

Das "Baukasten-System" sollte noch vielfältiger und etwas flexibler werden, um mehr Impulse und Wünsche der Kunden bzw. deren Community berücksichtigen zu können.

Wir haben eine Plattform entwickelt, über die wir demnächst eine Community und einen B2B-Shop in die Umsetzung bringen. Am besten gefällt uns die kurze Entwicklungszeit für unser sehr komplexes Projekt. Das erforderliche Budget bleibt übersichtlich und gut planbar, was bei einer herkömmlich programmierten Plattform nicht möglich gewesen wäre. Der individuelle Kundensupport, der die Zusammenarbeit absolut angenehm macht, gefällt uns außerdem sehr gut.

Cons:

Anfangs war die Einarbeitung in die Plattform als Laie nicht immer so selbsterklärend wie ein Homepage-Baukasten. Da die Funktionen komplexer sind, braucht man ein bisschen Zeit für die Einarbeitung.

Der Hilfebereich und die FAQs hinken den vielen nützlichen Updates oft stark hinterher und sind oft nicht sehr hilfreich. Das führt dazu, dass wir häufiger unsere CSM kontaktieren oder direkt ein Ticket aufmachen, weil wir nicht darauf vertrauen, unser Problem über die FAQs oder weitere Hilfsbereich zeitnah gelöst zu bekommen.

Wenn man keinerlei Plattform Erfahrungen hat ist es nicht immer so einfach in der Breite der Möglichkeiten sich zurecht zu finden. Dennoch ist das Baukastenprinzip die ideale Lösung um eine Plattform auf seine individuellen Bedürfnisse anzupassen.

Der gute Service, schnelle Reaktion auf gemeldete Bugs und die vielen Möglichkeiten eigene Plattformteile zu bauen

Cons:

Zum Teil unübersichtlich und nicht selbsterklärend wie man Baustein für seine Plattform bauen kann. Manche Updates verzögern sich. Zu viel wird in ITler Sprache erklärt. Einfache Namen für Tools und Anwendungen währen an manchen Stellen einfacher.
