It's easy to use, very insightful, and amazing help tool to prepare for cold calls. It has an amazing UIX and is always managing to grow.

Cons:

The pricing is a little high at first sight. Once I used it, I feel it's very well priced.

It's finally here!!!, the tool I was missing!

Pros:

CrystalKnows is priceless. It offers a very complete DISC with recommendations on how to approach different stages of a sales process. Also, the Google extension is neat; it activates on Google Meet while writing emails.

Cons:

This one is not a big one at all but I think the recommendations while writing emails are still at a primary stage, so they are basic recommendations, It is not Grammarly or Quilt, but it is getting there

Pros:

The accuracy of the tool in mindblowing. Our sales team is well aware about their DISC characteristics and this matched close to identical with Crystal. We are aiming to embed Crystal in to our daily prospecting operations, so looking forward to see some actual results.

Cons:

When googling Crystal the first result didn't match with the tool so I was a bit confused. Might be something to look at internally. Secondly, it's not clear to me yet how crystal can also help formulate messages automatically. Hope to get some insights as soon as we kickoff.

Crystal makes it easy to do that with a framework that gives me confidence in initiating conversations twice as fast. I REALLY enjoy being able to craft a caring message before I send it to someone in my network. It makes it easy to tailor my messages in a way that matters, avoiding the details or style that would be draining and instead leaning in on ideas that might spark a positive connection.

Cons:

I am looking for more integrations with writing tools that are ready to go like integration with Gemini.

Pros:

Crystal creates a unique profile for anyone with a LinkedIn account, explaining how to speak, email, work with or sell to them most effectively. It tells you the words, phrases, style and tone you should use to reach the recipient in the way that they like to communicate, rather than your own, even their tolerance for sarcasm and emoticons. It builds this profile from what it can glean about them online: their public Facebook or blog posts, their tweets as we go about our business on the internet. For me, Crystal will draft emails to people I've never met, using a tone and language that their online presence suggests will resonate with them.

Cons:

Kind of freaky that a machine can tell so much about you from a social account. No major drawbacks that I Can see at the moment.

Pros:

I like how it emails before meetings on the "personalities" of those who will be in attendance. I like how you can find people, and the tips it gives for communicating with different types of people.

Cons:

It's a little hard to understand how it gathers this data as sometimes the profiles are quite off. However, it can only go by what is put out there on the internet so I think it does a pretty good job considering.
