Easy to use. I can only up load my business document and it's worked
Cons:
nothing much just some bug issue but the team handle it quick, have soem issue with white label but never mind

The workflow feature is excellent. However, it can be improved by adding more than five actions to an action message.
Cons:
Chatbots take too long to respond to a message. We have a lot of product information in the chatbot. It would help if the chatbot referred to the related information in a workflow. Since you have the recap feature, can it be integrated with the auto-tagging feature? It makes it easier to categorize customers. Do you have any recommendations for third-party Facebook broadcast services? Chatbots tend to have slow response times when handling messages. We have extensive product information available in the chatbot, and it would be beneficial if it could refer to relevant information within a defined workflow. Since you have a recap feature, could it be integrated with an auto-tagging feature? This would simplify the categorization of customers. Also, do you happen to have any recommendations for third-party Facebook broadcast services that could be incorporated into the CX Genie? to incorporate into the CX Genie?

Reasons for choosing CX Genie

The chatbot service "Super8" is not on the list. It can send broadcasts on Facebook and Instagram to the subscribers. It decreases the possibility of the fan page or account banning

The ManyChat doesn't work for sending broadcasts
