About Patient Hub
Patient Hub is a digital patient engagement portal that helps patients manage their healthcare appointments and waiting list status more efficiently. The portal is designed for healthcare providers, such as NHS Trusts and Boards, who want to enhance patient experiences and optimize operational efficiency.
Patients can easily book, reschedule and manage their appointments through the self-service portal. This reduces administrative work for healthcare staff. The solution also allows healthcare providers to quickly validate if patients still need to be on the waiting list, freeing up capacity. Additionally, Patient Hub empowers patients to have more control over their care through the Patient Initiated Follow-up (PIFU) feature.

Fantastic. Patient Hub is very user friendly for set up and maintaining. Its modular approach ensures you can concentrate at a project level to deploy and the Academy makes certain that your teams are well trained in how to get the best from Patient Hub.

Don't forget that new features are signposted via the release notes and videos on the Community, so please do keep active on the Community. Software always goes into your Test environment first, which should provide all the knowledge and capabilities to test before going live.
