Good tool that actually helps

Overall, it’s been a really positive experience. Talkees took a lot of pressure off our team, especially with all the repetitive questions. The setup was quick, the AI is reliable, and the whole system feels simple and clean. It fits into our workflow without making things complicated. We’re sticking with it for sure.

Pros:
Talkees has been awesome so far. The chatbot answers super fast and actually understands what people ask, which honestly surprised us. We barely had to set anything up — just a few small tweaks and it worked right away. After a couple of weeks, we could see a big difference: customers are happier, conversations are smoother, and even the leads we get are better. It just makes life easier for everyone on our team.
Cons:
The only downside is that the more advanced analytics are available only in the higher pricing plans. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it would be nice to have a bit more of that included in the lower tiers.
