Easynote is a task management software designed to help businesses of all sizes organize and collaborate with team members on projects. The platform enables administrators to attach files and add labels across tasks on a unified interface.

Managers can securely login via two-factor authentication (2FA) and export files in PDF and .XLS formats. Additionally, Easynote allows teams to filter and sort projects or tasks based on urgency, requirements and deadlines.

Manage your projects with simplicity and efficiency

When we started the search for project managers and tasks, this was one of our first options, initially for being free and then because it is perfectly functional and flexible to any type of project. We solved the problem of acquiring one or several software payments when we did not have the budget to acquire them, having everything necessary in a single platform. Then we receive the financial resources and even when we use several paid software, this is still an excellent alternative

Pros:

He is a useful project manager, with all the necessary functions to have a general vision of the general status of the projects he leads jointly with your work team. It is totally free, there are no limits in the number of projects to be managed, the user support is marvelous and take into account the suggestions of the users

I have no complaints about this software was one of the first managers to use and I think it is the most complete

Very Clean Nice Looking Graphics

I'm still learning new things to use it for but I love it for making sure customer service tasks don't get lost and managing club memberships.

It looks beautiful and it's easy to use. It helps our office organize and keep up with tasks and customer service

Cons:

It is still new so it might not have all the widgets a big company needs yet but for us it has all the important features already and they are adding more over time.

Reasons for switching to Easynote

For us, Click UP was to complicated. Easy note was just easier and nicer to look at, too!

Easynote - task manager

i found easynote on a simple search of the web looking for a tool that will help me manage my team that sits in two locations (one is in Israel the other is in India....) i found it very easy to use and it helped me to control my teams tasks wit greater results

easy and looks good

Cons:

missing dates of comments, losses connection to the source list even if it exist in the new location (with the same name) when moving tasks between todo lists. some times features stop to work.

It has a lot of potential but there’s no app

I want to really believe this software can be great. I’ve corresponded with the developer and I hope he really finds all criticisms helpful and motivating to get things smoothed out.

Pros:

I bought a lifetime deal on AppSumo. It seemed great to use with my VAs and as an alternative to Trello. Love the ability to make boards using Kanban or list. And there are a lot of features like file sharing, task management that can be useful. Unfortunately, my team members just found it was as easy as Trello or google drive.

Cons:

No iOS app. This is absolutely crazy. And last I checked, it was in their roadmap. But seemed a low priority. I’m a busy solo-mompreneur. I do the majority of my work on my phone. Shame on developers for assuming lack a mobile app wouldn’t be significant.

Pros:

Many times a university student has so many tasks that it is difficult to organize them in such a way that the best optimization of the time he has is carried out, that is why Easynote is a tool that offers the possibility of being able to manage these tasks in a better way. Not only the academic field is a strong point for this application, since it shows off many strengths in marketing, construction, software design, planning, among other things.

Cons:

One of the disadvantages of this product as well as many others is that it lacks a free version, it simply has trial versions that pass in the blink of an eye.

Wow, what a great project management tool!

When I first started using the platform I noticed the onboarding process was done very well. Because of the clear tutorials I could immediately create my projects.

Great simple product to keep teams on track with daily tasks

When we used it, our team productivity really increased, but ultimately, it just got so tedious to set up every day. To be honest, Iam reviewing this now even though we used it about a year ago, but looking at their website it looks like they've made lots of improvements so we could possibly go back and try them again.

The best part about this software was that it was just so easy to use and follow. It REALLY increased the productivity of our team!!

Cons:

The biggest downside and the reason we ultimately stopped using it was because to set it up every day took so long and it didn't allow to copy and paste tasks or create a template that can be replicated every day.

Pros:

That's the 4th task manager software I have used this year (each company I worked for uses a different one). So far what I like the most is the mobile overview.

Cons:

It's a very simple software, very intuitive. For me that's amazing but maybe will not be the best option for those who prefer a more detailed tool.
