The platform offers many different features such as pipeline, CRM, budgeting, shared planning, project tracking and real-time analytics.

We service our customers not only with a practical software solution but we also offer them advice and consultation on how to evolve their organization, creating a new model that is suitable for them. Our software is used by creative agencies, architecture and engineering firms, software houses, consulting firms and anyone who primarily works on projects. It is used by all sized companies, from small startup to big corporations.

Definitely our management control back-bone

We're very satisfied with Wethod (both the tool and the people who work there). We adopted it from day one, and I'm confident the tool has played a huge role in helping us develop a thoughtful, data-driven business mindset. I always look forward to the release of new features because, fundamentally, I'm very excited when we can adopt them to put Wethod even more at the heart of our agency.

Pros:

The level of control and monitoring we provide at the margin level of each individual project; knowing which types of projects earn us the most and where we earn the least allows us to understand where we can improve and where we can already allocate most of our energy. Furthermore, the depth and breadth of the data it makes available (sometimes via a database export) allows me to carry out all the in-depth analyses I can think of in terms of management control. Another thing I really like is the ability to share the financial data available on Wethod with the entire team so that the health of the agency is always available to everyone.

Cons:

Given my role, I'd like them to develop a more streamlined CRM and pipeline. We also struggle to use Wethod's features to create a "home" for the project; currently, the core project functions (documents, analyses, outputs—whether shared with the client or not) are still in Google Workspace. We also rely on external tools for the task management system.

Con wethod abbiamo integrato CRM, project management e verifica in un unico ecosistema questo ci permette di monitorare i costi e i tempi di ciascun progetto in modo facile e veloce e di avere una visione aggiornata dello stato dei progetti senza dover ricostruire i dati manualmente, come facevamo prima.

Cons:

L'adozione di wethod in agenzia non ha comportato nessuna controindicazione: l'onboarding di tutto il nostro team è stato gestito molto bene dalla squadra di wethod e la piattaforma è molto facile da usare.

The best end to end tool for managing a project-based agency

As a marketing agency, our main issue was the inability of most project management solutions to integrate with our invoicing and financial data, requiring us quite a bit of work to understand what projects and which areas were driving most of the profit for the company. With wethod, we found a fully integrated solution which includes a basic CRM (good enough for our needs), a full-fledged project and task management tool, and provides financial data both aggregated (company P&L) and split at the individual project level. Wethod also has a handy "desk" area where alerts are displayed, letting the project manager know if there is something that needs their attention.

Pros:

There is pretty much no other tool on the market that allows you to track every aspect of a project-based company, from the first economic offer to the final invoice, including time tracking, task management and company financials. We tried Monday, Asana, ClickUp and a bunch of others before landing on Wethod, which has been with us for 3+ years now.

Cons:

While I love the software, the UI could be a bit better, and there is a bit of a learning curve to it.

It's possibly the only tool designed for a project-based company, which doesn't require cross-referencing different softwares to get a good grip on overall company performance.

migliorare si può

per me molto buona, difficile il passaggio dal vecchio gestionale ma perchè Wethod è più completo e più mirato alla gestione di commessa sia singolarmente sia nel complesso generale. io lo trovo molto utile per avere un occhio su tutto e capire in tempi utili cosa sistemare

programma che facilita davvero la gestione delle commesse e del lavoro in generale, vengono inseriti dei dati che interagiscono tra di loro di conseguenza se qualcosa va storto lo si vede subito e si ha la possibilità di correggere il tiro, la pianificazione delle risorse aiuta nella gestione, i report sono ben fatti e molto intuitivi. per noi è stato un cambio sostanziale, per me che seguo l'amministrazione ora è tutto più in ordine.

Cons:

se proprio devo trovare qualche mancanza è a livello amministrativo, poca possibilità di creare note nella previsione fatture che è mensile e non si possono suddividere, un po' di difficoltà a capire/aggiornare il project status ma tutte cose risolvibili

Wethod è uno strumento estremamente potente per consentire al management ed ai PM di tenere traccia dei differenti progetti e dell'impatto che hanno singolarmente o nel complesso sulla marginalità del proprio business. Pochi se non nessuno dei tanti tools che abbiamo provato è in grado di fornire questo livello di dettaglio nella gestione. L'assistenza clienti è poi fenomenale.

Cons:

Non è immediato iniziare ad utilizzare subito tutte le funzionalità e la curva di apprendimento richiede un certo impegno, a fronte tuttavia come già detto, di un livello di insight inedito.

Pratico e funzionale

E' stato un percorso fatto di studio, comprensione, adattamento e ottimizzazione, mi riferisco alla configurazione ed impostazione delle logiche della piattaforma, ma anche ai singoli aspetti che caratterizzavano il nostro processo aziendale (inevitabilmente alcuni meccanismi influiscono sulle procedure interne in atto).

Il sistema funziona via browser, quindi nessuna necessità di installazione (mobile-friendly incluso). Piattaforma gestionale molto funzionale e comoda su certi aspetti (altri migliorabili), team di programmazione molto disponibile e gentile (oltre che preparato) nel fornire eventuale assistenza, funzionalità in continuo sviluppo ed implementazione.

Cons:

Logiche di programmazione e di gestione progetti un po' contorte in alcuni aspetti, consiglio qualche mese per comprendere al meglio le logiche di funzionamento e le implicazioni delle varie azioni e/o scelte imposte in fase di configurazione della piattaforma.

Facile e chiaro il processo di apertura commesse e compilazione effort per stima di costi. Ottima anche la funzionalità per tenere traccia delle ore inserite da ciascun utente.

Cons:

Ritengo poco intuitiva e di semplice utilizzo la funzionalità di pianficazione di attività e persone. Da rivedere totalmente.
