10 months of using Zeda for all my Product Management needs

The biggest problem Zeda has solved for me is alignment across the company and an easy feedback gathering. They are prompt while addressing user requests and have great customer support! Very easy to work with the Zeda team :)

1. Slack integration for easy feedback gathering2. The feedback gathering dashboard itself and how versatile it is. 3. The road mapping possibilities and flexibilityFeatures which seem amazing and i'd like to try - The release notes management, and product research capabilities

Cons:

Once the data is in the platform it is absolutely easy to use it. To me, getting the data seemed challenging as I had to do this manually. But the team is surely working on this to make the process easier for their future customers.

It was very user friendy and met the requirements we had at that point for the cost it had. Seemed like a great option.

UI is still cluttered and several importanct feature need updates

The feature of - Roadmaps- Feedbackand also clean UI overarall

Cons:

- Some features are repititive and require a significant behaviour change e.g. making docs on zeda is unrelaistic

Zeda.io overall is a very customisable tool for product managers, especially since different product managers/companies might have their own ways of working.

Everything is customisable. Also, a very good tool for product managers to manage tasks and from defining the products to releasing the products.

Cons:

Some of the small details still need to be polish, such as tagging collaborators in comments etc.
