Absolute Worst Software

There are lots of other great software platforms that WORK and less expensive. Avoid this one!

Pros

The day I pulled the plug on this piece. The day I pulled the plug on this piece, was the best thing about it.

Cons

Worst software platform ever! After months and months of software glitches, support kept sending it back to development for fixes. Was never able to fully implement the over priced software into our portfolio. The real kicker was Realpage wanting to set us up with specialized support and charge us for it. After a year of non-functional product, we pulled the plug! Learned from employees of what really goes on behind the scenes, and was shocked. I would never recommend this software to anyone. Run and Don't Look Back. You'll have less headaches and your budget will benefit.

Not Really Functional

Pros

- Ease of use once you know what you're doing
- User friendly
- It contains the information necessary to rent to a prospect

Cons

- It is constantly changing, making learning a back and forth thing
- It doesn't really give information in real time. It is usually a day or so behind.

Property Management Option2

Pros

This software is easy to use. With the leasing calendar built in it assists with your leasing schedule. Check scanner integration along with posting receipts and direct deposit to the bank.

Cons

AI isn't the most appealing and it could use a lot of new updates regarding that but it does get the job done.

OneSite is one of the better systems out there

Pros

It has a lot of great features and details that can be recorded and easily found for units and residents. Also nice to have many of the daily tasks in one system versus using multiple softwares.also customizable which was important for us!

Cons

It is pricey so a definite investment. Also there is a learning curve but once you know it, it is great! A small note -My boss thought the font was too small.

Designed very well and easy to use

Pros

I like you have a report for everything and very easy to generate. The accounting ledger is very simple to understand. Highly recommend it.

Cons

Software is great but in my experience customer service could be a bit faster on their response time, and when needing to enter a ticket for service.

Great support and integration

Pros

Onesite account for Hosting platform and single sign-on with secured authentication access are the main prospectives.Creative services are another best designed features.

Cons

Pricing plans are limited for enterprise and basic customers and they are pricy for the services that includes. Steer the market on domain registration.

Great accounting software for small to medium sized businesses.

Pros

OneSite is super easy to navigate and works seamlessly with RealPage. Doing bank recs are simple, paying vendors via ACH works well, and setting up users with different access rights works like a charm.

Cons

Their report builder can be easy to use, but you can't do any complex report writing. I'm not sure if they have an add-on for more complex report writers, but something to keep in mind if your company expects complex reports.

OneSite * Real Page Property Management Software

Pros

This interface is super user friendly . This software makes it easy for any Property Manager to complete simple daily tasks from one resource . This includes but is not limited to accounting, tenant letters and communications and much much more .

Cons

Integrating properties is a pain in the behind. It is also not the best with keeping your staff organized this is not the software for your organization. Customer support is also not the most helpful group of people in the world .

Overall great

Pros

Easy to use, pretty self explanatory, appreciate being able to move payments easily and having the ability to track the changes

Cons

Don't like the exporting reports functionality to excel. Unless it's exported as csv, you have a horrible format you have to deal with in excel... And I'm convinced the csv and excel reports do not match 100%

Onesite works pretty well

Pros

Onesite works pretty well. It was a one stop shop for a lot of the tasks we worked in my student living job, and did a good job keeping it all organized. Definitely, has a lot of intriguing features

Cons

It can get easy to be bogged down by the minutiae of the site since there is honestly a lot going on. If your housing staff does a bad job keeping it organized, it can be a pretty frustrating system

Decent program but difficult to use

I used OneSite for 2 years and found myself having a lot of issues with it. This could have been due to older computers but it would constantly freeze while I'd be in the middle of working. I use Entrata at my current job and find it to serve all (if not more functions) while being more user friendly.

Pros

-compatible with a wide range of other software
-serves its basic purpose
-customer support
-quality FAQ and forum online for questions on functionality

Cons

-difficult to navigate
-Can only fully be used on Internet Explorer
-freezes easily
-antiquated interface

Great software that is very user friendly!

Overall, the best feature of the software is the simplicity of accessing different modules and being able to easily navigate through the system without any issues.

Pros

- Easy to navigate
- Budget formulation is direct and concise
- Bank reconciliation process is straight forward
- System features updated periodically

Cons

- Needs improvement on report functionality options
- Customer Service was not the most helpful
- I do not like how the Leasing and Accounting roles are on two different platforms

Easy to use and very intuitive

I love how RealPage has so many different products that integrate with OneSite making our day to day tasks easier to accomplish and manage.

Pros

Always being updated and is very straight forward. You can learn your way around this software very quickly.

Cons

Some settings locations are not where you think they should be and you then start searching to see where they are. Sometimes in a place you would never think to look.
