About Harbortouch Echo POS

Harbortouch Echo POS is a point of sale solution designed for small to midsize businesses such as food trucks, quick-service restaurants, cafes and kiosks. Key features include a touchscreen interface for transactions, detailed reporting and employee management that can track shifts and labor costs. Businesses can manage inventory, monitor sales, manage employees and review financials through the cloud-based Lighthouse Business Management System.

Harbortouch Echo POS also offers hardware including a touchscreen display, cash drawer, receipt printer, integrated customer display and EMV credit card terminal. The interface can be customized with three modes: basic calculator, electronic cash register or full POS system.

With Harbortouch Echo, there are no upfront costs for programming or training. The system is available with a monthly fee that includes software updates, 24/7 customer support and hardware that’s backed by a lifetime warranty.

Pros:

Easy to use. Love that I can access my dashboard at a click of key from my laptop, tablet and cell phone in a second from where ever I am at the moment. The customer support team is very helpful every time I have had to call.

Cons:

Would like to see a few less steps to cash a customer out. Not so many prompts to tap before you get the receipt to give the customer.

Nothing ..!!We have had the system for the bar for the past10 years and nothing but issues and lawyer working on it. Stay away .....

Cons:

Customer service.......the system ..... the wait times ...everything as a whole nothing gets fixed and no one has no idea whats going on. If you you happen to sign a lease then get a good lawyer...you are gonna need it.
