easy to use and learn for new workers, nice looking hardware, easy to design the menu.

Cons:

this software is not very stable, it caused some trouble as time out, slow the processing and need to call tech support to solve the credit card issues.

its very simple. Not too many confusing buttons and such, a person with no computer knowledge like me can ease through the system! their customer service is also great and is always a phone call away

Cons:

the chinese language function- we keep accidentally pressing it lol
