About S4D

S4D is a restaurant management platform that helps improve the efficiency and performance of your entire chain. With S4D, managers are able to manage both in-store and drive-thru operations at one location from a single system.

Restaurants can use S4D's table management and order fulfillment features to help deliver food faster, which will increase customer loyalty and lifetime value. Central Menu Management, from S4D, allows store operators to create menus centrally, localize them for each location when needed and manage them easily, so that the customer receives a consistent ordering experience regardless of location.

    I really like how Delivery system is very well organized. It helps drivers to work efficiently. It's great that I can access the POS whenever I am even on my phone.I rated the chance of recommendation "Neutral" since there is still a lot to learn about the system until I can make sure I know what I recommend.
    Cons:
    Would be easier for the business to help other stores, so that functionality would be great to be added in the future and make the process faster.

    We are surprised how fast we developed new features, when we entered the German market. We needed a lot of local integrations, without S4D we would not have been able to have a good overview of our business.

    Cons:
    When we started working with S4D, a couple of years ago they did not offer all the features we needed at that time. But that is now 4 years ago. Now they offer everything we need to run our business. We love the new self ordering kiosk they developed, at really low pricing.

    Because they offered a long term solutions, with the capability to develop new features. It's a platform, which is ready for the future, and open to develop what we need to run our business.

    Reasons for switching to S4D

    speed of change. This was not a fully integrated cloud solution, hardware independent , and did not interact well with our other suppliers, like our online ordering system. Now everything is one system!

    Very detailed description about each order, meaning you as a manager can have a nice overview of all the transaction and changes that happen to the order and fix a problem if needed. I use it daily.
    Cons:
    I don't have anything bad to say, it is a bit annoying to write the login code when using it but I understand that it is needed to privacy and security of the data. No bad opinions overall.

    NYP made the switch, before we were using the old system of Pappa Jhones but the system was system was very old and was loading slow.
