About Qwary

Qwary is a market research software designed to help businesses in the healthcare, education, hospitality, retail and other sectors share surveys to collect feedback. The platform enables managers to utilize built-in templates and preview mode to create and view multilingual surveys.

Administrators can capture real-time visual user feedback via the website and gain insights into net promoter score (NPS) on a unified interface. Qwary allows teams to analyze sentiments and measure employee satisfaction levels using text analytic tools. Additionally, supervisors can sort survey comments based on keywords, categorical tags and entities.

Qwary offers an application programming interface (API), which lets stakeholders integrate the system with several third-party applications including Zapier, Square, Google Analytics and Hubspot. Pricing is available on monthly and annual subscriptions and support is extended via knowledge base, FAQs, training videos, chat and an online contact form.

    Most softwares don't have a face; a human you can talk to (not via chat). Qwary's team engages!
    Cons:
    The features I need are available. I miss nothing at the moment.

    Qwary offers a whole lot more. Of course GF was free. Sentiments, responders' geo location, devices used etc. Very significant information for improving and building better surveys.

    I used Marquiz previously, which had a very attractive front end UI, but the reporting and analytics were non existent. Qwary has brought the best of both. The logic is really useful to personalise and I love the variety of question and answer types.
    Cons:
    The URLS. A typical survey URL is [SENSITIVE CONTENT] which somewhat removed the benefit of Cname.

    I ended up choosing both to an extent. Qwary was better for our own use, but Questionscout has more agency type features and offers conventional forms, so using that for our clients.

    Lots of features and templates. I like that Qwary offers more question type options.
    Cons:
    The logic part is so difficult. You need to individually add rules and that’s so time consuming.

    Another way in conducting surveys

    I can say that our overall experience with Qwary is really satisfying. We gain a lot of time in building original surveys for us and for our clients.

    There is 3 features i like the most in Qwary: - videos and images integration within the surveys giving them an animated touch - AI surveys translations to a lot of different languages saving us a lot of valuable time - Sentiment Analysis feature to help us identify our respondent feelings to our services Qwary has a friendly user interface simple to understand. It is really easy to build a survey within minutes and share it within seconds through different channels. You can even record your questions videos without leaving the platform.
    Cons:
    The french sentiment analysis needs to be improved. The results are not accurate sometimes and needs a human analysis too. Gather questions in one group on one page is missing today. When you have a lot of question in your survey, it is long to answer one question per page. This feature will be a good add-on to reduce the attrition rate of respondents.

    Excellent Product! The SAAS form space is very competitive and Qwary is definitely on the cutting edge choice as they are investing efforts on building artificial intelligence. Qwary simplifies market research and time building effective survey with modern clean design templates.

    Fast and Workable out of the box templates with little customization required

    It would better if there are recommendations on what other features i can use for my forms because there are alot features that i have yet to ultilised!

    UI / UX was very intuitive and smooth, and the forms are beautiful! I've many form saas tool but Qwary stands out from the rest i have in my stash. Video feedback is the next upcoming hype that will change the world of marketing! Do not hesitate and quickly buy Qwary, strongly recommend you to buy it! Oh, btw they have a ton of templates to choose from. Each form is highly customizable to fit your branding. Overall i would say this is a pretty solid tool that will fit most of your survey and form requirements.
    Cons:
    Currently its only comes with zapier integration, would love to see more webhooks or native integrations

    Found Qwary to be an excellent tool for collecting user feedback and love their clean user interface. It is quite easy to get started with Qwary even if you have not used a conversational form before. Easy to integrate and send it to your customers within its platform. Their NPS & Text Analysis is something that stands out, in particular. The team is very responsive and flexible, as a matter of fact, when we first started using it, they addressed our queries in a matter of few minutes. I love the fact, that if you send in a product request they personally follow up which is quite rare to see. The Saas meets all the expectations and allowed us to switch from expensive plans to something more affordable without losing out on any features.
    Cons:
    We have not really found anything that we do not like about the platform. The tool is new so we are very eager to see how this platform grows and what business problems it can solve.

    It's easy to use and flexible with a range of ways to collect data form users, students, clients, etc.
    Cons:
    I can't seem to rearrange questions once a survey has been published and I'm not sure why. Maybe I'm missing something obvious.

    Good multimedia integration

    In addition to using it for creating relatively simple (but beautiful) surveys, I am also experimenting with other uses related to customer experience / funnels and creating video surveys that pop up on the site, and are useful to teach about the products and gather leads.

    What I like the most is the clean interface, similar to Typeform. It is a format that is easy to create, and easy to share. It looks great on mobile, desktop and tablet. I can use the link at the footer of my newsletters to gather feedback if readers enjoyed it, and what to improve. Also keeping track of data such as the evolution of the number of answers and sentiment analysis gives me valuable information on how to improve and to know if we are on the right track.
    Cons:
    Some of the newest features are not included in my plan. Also, I would like to pass variables from the link of the survey (?XX section) into the results of the survey, to identify the users.

    I love that Qwary gives the power of building easy to use surveys like Typeform. This lowers the overall cost for gather research because Qwary’s pricing is much lower than Typeform. Qwary also allows easy collect of data through forms that are shareable by email, text and messenger.
    Cons:
    What I like least about Qwary is the lack of SMTP email options. When sending surgery’s directly through the platform, it sends through Qwary’s email. This should be improved to allow adding of my own SMTP. This will improve the customer experience and deliverability.
