With WOW! real estate managers have a web-based system that gives users the ability to connect to the solution from their desktop, laptop or (through the WOW! Mobile Application) from their smartphone. Users can manage work orders and other tasks from home, while data remains secure in a SAS70 Type II compliant system.
The dispatching feature eliminates paper-based work orders. Work orders can be routed, texted and emailed in minutes. Invoices from these work orders can be sent to an existing accounting solution as well, reducing double entry.

I've been very pleased with the communication and support from Core7. They are very responsive and have gone above and beyond for customization to suit our very specific needs. The product is easy to use, especially for the guys in the field using the mobile application.
I would like to have the ability to change the layout of pages, for example the columns displayed, myself. Perhaps a little more access to the back end for personal customization per person. While Core7 has been very responsive, communicable, and have done a great job at customizing for our needs, they have taken quite a while to implement those changes.
Make a list of the key requirements for your business with regard to daily use by administrative personnel, technicians, and your clients' reporting needs and ensure each one of those can be met prior to engaging. Be sure to ask if the current version can accomplish your goals or if it is planned for a future release. Most importantly, ensure the continued support you are offered goes beyond implementation so when issues arise, whether from upgrades or browsers, you have as little down time as possible.

SECU is a financial institution with 19-branch locations throughout the state of Maryland and one educational facility. Data for WOW! was transferred over to the web-based program during hours that best suited SECU, which was very helpful since we utilize the database frequently. There was a small learning curve, since SECU does not utilize the system in 100% of what it is designed for. We had to create ways to make it work for us, but now that it is completed, we are very happy with the results. Once we learned the concept of the software and how to add information for a tenant, supplier, etc., it has made things easy to understand and update.
Support is excellent. Very impressed with the timeframe of return calls and explanations that can be easily understood. Even my boss can understand - now that is impressive! Purchasing / Properties employees now have access to details and contact information, and the work orders are automatically emailed to most of the vendors and all branch management to advise them of the work to be performed, and the vendor coming out to complete the request. This is very important because of the security at our locations. This software reduces time in searching and obtaining information we need for every project we are working on, which gives us more time to do other fun things!! Most days I can go home with a clean desk because of the ease of use and efficiency of this software. This software is definitely worth researching for your business!
