The best part is that it is accessible at any time or any place from any computer or mobile device.
It can be pricey the more people added to the access. And the upgrades are costly and difficult to do.

Some of the upgrades are expensive. Follow up calls involve too much when you know the path you're going down.
Find out what fits for your organization. We had to evaluate 3 different vendors before settling on one. Don't make the mistake of finding the first one then going all in. Invest the time to get it right.
