About Workday Talent Management
Designed for businesses in energy, media, technology, hospitality and other industries, Workday Talent Management is a talent management solution that helps manage employee compensation, talent pipelines, staff feedback, performance analysis and more. Key features include activity tracking, custom reports, goal setting, compensation management and skill assessment.
The platform provides a survey function that enables administrators to create survey campaigns, distribute them through notifications and monitor their progress from a centralized dashboard. Workday Talent Management allows managers to create a unified organizational strategy through initiating cascading goals from leadership to workers, assigning team-level objectives and personal goals for employees and tracking goal attributes in order to evaluate performance over time with specific relevance.
The platform also extends customer support via chat, FAQs, phone and email.

its okey in many aspects, but for instance I work in general motors, and I am not sure why we are not using workday as a full integrated platform. for instance my vacation, absences, payroll, etc are dealt in a total different 3rd party software. So I would think that it is not me, but maybe overral my whole company that thinks it is not good for those applications. Not sure if it is too expensive to add those features.

I can always get by!

My experience with Workday Talent has always been really good when I need to manage work management. However, the only improvement I can see them having is to better manage the pay tabs along with work hours and paid time off. These are not so easy to manage but the platform is great aside from that nitpick area.
