About Sirvoy

Sirvoy is a cloud-based Hospitality Management System, suitable for hotels, inns, timeshares and more. Key features include front office and property management, reservation and booking management, housekeeping and guest relationship management.

Sirvoy’s booking management software can be embedded into an existing user website, and guests can book rooms using desktop or mobile devices. The booking engine supports multiple languages and offers additional plugins for Wordpress and Facebook. Users can configure input fields and receive alerts for new bookings.

Booking management tools include a calendar overview, group and split bookings, printable booking PDFs, a history log, statistics and housekeeping scheduling. Users can also send automated email and text messages to guests. Available booking channels include Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, TripAdvisor, Hostelworld and more.

Support is provided through an online knowledge base, over the phone and via email. Pricing is per month.

Reasons for switching to Sirvoy

We needed a more affordable solution because we are just a small boutique B&B, COVID19 reduced income significantly Booking agents are expensive so it is worthwhile to get direct bookings

Easy to use, many options like statistics. It made our job much easier, especially with the use of the channel managers. We of course had some little issues over the past 4 years but they were always solved very swiftly by their professional customer support.
Cons:
It was mentioned by another reviewer already that it isn't possible to just swap rooms instead of moving them first to a dummy room. Another con is that if you cancel a reservation by mistake it is impossible to re-activate it or to move it back to the ctive reservations. You will have to make a complete new reservation.

Easy of use, and simplicity. Also the tracking of who is doing what is invaluable when you are trying to troubleshoot issues.
Cons:
The connection between channel managers and booking engines is a bit flawed. It would be nice if the engines and sirvoy communicated a bit more smoothly.

I find it to be one of the easiest programs for managing an establishment like our motel and when I have any questions, the team is very helpful.
Cons:
Anything I think I don't like, I speak with the team and they clear up my confusion....so nothing really!

Very helpful in my hotel management. It would be stressful not to have a booking system and feel the risk if double bookings.

It's simplicity and helpfulness in avoiding double bookings. All our rooms are displayed well, and it's good that it can be integrated in our own website.
Cons:
Nothing special negative to comment. A bit awkward that I have to put in description in all languages when editing a room.

Sirvoy has many features that are very helpful for a vacation rental, including the ability to offer different rates on different booking platforms, allowing hotels to offer better prices on their websites and save on commissions Sirvoy is very competitively priced and does not charge a percentage of sales.
Cons:
So I could have better reporting it would be nice to easily be able to see how many future bookings there were on a specific date in the past to be able to compare the current room nights booked. It’s easy to look at year to date sales, but it is much better to know how many future bookings we currently have versus the same date last year

Nice team, great product with all the features we need

We chose to work with Sirvoy because it was a very practical solution for our requirements and it offers great value for the money compared to other platforms. The team is really nice, always available and very solution oriented. They do not harass or pressure you to sign an annual contract.

Credit is not as straight forward as you would like. I was trained differently than what actually works.
