About Inrecruiting

Inrecruiting is a recruiting software in the European HR Tech market. It is a cloud-based applicant tracking system that helps recruiters manage the entire talent acquisition process. In-recruiting is the core product of Intervieweb, a Zucchetti Group company founded in Turin.

The solution automates and simplifies the entire recruiting process to make the recruiter's work efficient; it is scalable, multilingual, easily integrable with third-party software and addressed to multinational companies, SMEs, recruitment firms and staffing agencies.

With Inrecruiting teams can create a personalized career page, publish job ads using the multiposting feature, share them on social networks, personalize application forms, collect CVs in a single database, and search for candidates using boolean systems.

Moreover, operators can schedule audio/video interviews, automatically send feedback, submit questionnaires, arrange HR events, consult recruitment reports and statistics, manage the HR team's roles and permissions and allow candidates access to the reserved area.

è molto semplice e intuitivo e permette di avere panoramica su tanti aspetti per gestire al meglio le varie commesse.

Cons:

Ahimè è un po' lento nel passare da una schermata ad un'altra.

Not a suitable ATS to use in the UK

I used it for 2 weeks and then sought a new solutions. Agencies cannot upload full applications, in addition the GDPR issue. I would not recommend at all.

It was easy enough to set up an Iframe careers page with basic branding and a simple framework, to then be able to use the ATS

Cons:

It is not GDPR compliant in my opinion. If you choose to have hiring managers access the system, which is the most effective way to make use of an ATS, then they automatically see candidates for ALL active roles. This is not a legitimate reason for accessing candidate date and should be avoided.

Buon prodotto, ma migliorabile.

Ci permette di mantenere più aggiornato il percorso di selezione del candidato, lo spazio del database a disposizione è aumentabile. Positivo avere la possibilità di allegare dei documenti, geolocalizzazione.

Le funzionalità più importanti sono la possibilità di tenere monitorati i candidati nei vari step del processo di selezione.Buona usabilità.

Cons:

Passaggio da vecchio gestionale piuttosto difficoltosa e con perdita di dati. Abbiamo dovuto modificare alcuni processi per adeguarci al flusso del software.Alcune funzionalità possono essere implementate e migliorate: unificazione dei profili doppi, imputazione dati in modo che siano sempre filtrabile e nessuno venga escluso (CAP, sesso,...); il caricamento manuale di CV, il sistema non carica correttamente le informazioni che cattura e deve tutto essere imputato manualmente.

Sistema intuitivo, costantemente aggiornato da nuove funzionalità da chi conosce la materia del Digital HR, tracking del processo recruitment molto puntuale e utile, ottima visibilità grazie all'annuncio multipost, interessanti i webinar che vengono proposti ai clienti sulle principali tematiche di DIgital HR, strumento apprezzato anche dai candidati che spesso lamentano, su altri portali, la difficoltà a presentare la candidatura. Consiglio, in un mondo sempre più smart, di inserire in form di registrazione snello.

Cons:

E' già di base un efficace strumento di recruitment sia nella fase di adv che nella fase di tracking dell'iter selettivo. Attenzione al titolo della Job profile richiesto perché su alcuni portali, cui è collegato InRecruiting, potrebbe esserci una visibilità limitata.

Recruiter, basta utilizzare questo software!

Ciao Recruiter, questo messaggio è per te. Sono uno dei tanti che invia i cv con gli annunci e ti prego di non usare più questo software. Per ogni azienda che lo utilizza devo creare un profilo, il problema è che risulta sempre lo stesso indirizzo mail, quindi ogni volta devo reimpostare la password per utilizzarlo con quell'azienda.

Facilità d'uso generica anche se ridotto ai minimi termini

Cons:

Dal punto di vista dell'usabilità è davvero pessimo, visto che sono costretto a far il passaggio della reimpostazione della password ogni volta. Inoltre basta inserire ogni volta i dati manualmente per ogni profilo, l'utente finale vuole che inserito il cv, la stragrande maggioranza dei dati siano inseriti CORRETTAMENTE nei campi e non sempre avviene. Non so dare suggerimenti per altri software per avere un'alternativa, ma questo è il male. Lo utilizzo, mettendo il mio cv solo perchè sono costretto, altrimenti non lo userei.

La software è estremamente user-friendly e facile da usare, anche per persone che non hanno mai lavorato con degli ATS. L'aspetto più importante del prodotto per noi è sicuramente la possibilità di personalizzazioni ad hoc alle nostre esigenze. Anche il fatto di poter usare il sistema da parte dei nostri clienti è fondamentale e ci permette di sfruttare ed efficientare al massimo i processi di ricerca e selezione del personale. Inoltre, il customer support è di massima qualità con personale sempre disponibile.

Cons:

Un fattore che potrebbe essere migliorato o integrato ulteriormente, sono le statistiche. La raccolta di più dati e informazioni sugli utenti, il Paese di origine del candidato, l'età media, l'abbandono della compilazione del form dell'annuncio ecc. sono alcuni esempi di statistiche che potrebbero essere interessanti per gli utenti del sistema. Inoltre, l'interfaccia con il sistema Outlook per la pianificazione di colloqui ecc. sarebbe utile.

In-recruiting si è rivelato un ottimo compagno di lavoro, un amico insostituibile che permette di gestire l'intero processo di selezione e di convogliare tutte le informazioni, dati e candidature in un unico DB, permettendoci di gestire tutti i nostri clienti e le loro diverse selezioni. E' intuitivo, in continua evoluzione, personalizzabile e offre notevole autonomia di modifiche e integrazioni.

Cons:

La sezione statistiche è stata ultimamente implementata ma, potrebbe essere ancora migliorata.
