my experience with this application is above average, it is very easy to use but sometimes expections are not clear as it is set by client and we can not change it to ask something different. Also feedback system is not easy to use. Codeeditor is very old style and do not ptovide auto completion feature.

ease of use - it is very convenient to use and provide review. Taking interview is also is very convenient as expectations are clear and screening questions help in evaluating candidate.
Cons:
gui of the application which helps us in taking interview. Some time glitch comes and whatever candidate has written on code editor is gone. if i am taking interview , i am also can not swtich screen if required as it disturb the candidate. Also reviewing is not veru efficient, it is very confusing specially rating candidate is not very good.

Incruiter has multiple tool as per company requirement. It has basic 2 verticals one is for interviewer and other for candidate. As a interviewer, I founnd Incruiter very smooth and user friendly tool. On Dashboard all the details about total interviews, scheduled and conducted is given. It gives option to schedule and reschedule the interview with minimal efforts. With my claender I can quickly update my availability and share free slots. During interview complete confidentiality is maintained. Complete interview report of candidate gets generated after interview, which can be shared to company for further investigation.
Cons:
Plateform is really good. For interviewer adding questions and its response can be more user friendly. Before interview Interviewer cannot save questions.

What stood out to me the most was how much manual effort InCruiter removed from interview coordination. Scheduling interviews, aligning interviewer availability, and tracking feedback became far more organized compared to doing everything over emails and spreadsheets. The interviewers provided through the platform were professional and well-prepared, which added credibility to the hiring process. It especially helped during bulk hiring when managing multiple candidates at once would otherwise become chaotic.
Cons:
The platform isn’t completely plug-and-play. It took some time to understand the workflow and where certain actions are located. A few features feel slightly rigid, and there’s limited room for customization based on specific hiring processes. At times, small coordination delays happened, particularly when interviews were scheduled at short notice.

Overall, I am satisfied with InCruiter. They should raise the payment for the interviewers. If the candidate does not join the interview, interviewers should be compensated at least 30% because they dedicated their time to InCruiter by not booking anywhere else.

InCruiter is a great company to work with. Their platform is great, like the UI, questions, etc. Their interview scheduling team is also good.
Cons:
They can increase the rate of each interview. Currently, they pay 600 rupees per interview, they can increase this amount like the companies intervue, etc. do. They should raise the payment for the interviewers. If the candidate does not join the interview, interviewers should be compensated at least 30% because they dedicated their time to InCruiter by not booking anywhere else.

Sometimes, the TAT for posting the feedback is very late which makes us hard to take review meetings or plan further more hirings
