The only hiring platform I use
5
I have used indeed almost solely for hiring and recruiting for my staff for the last 4 years. I have always found an applicant that fits my team well. From pre-questions to candidate information and contacting, Indeed has proven to be reliable and efficient. As a sole hiring manager for my company, I have found that indeed has and easy to use UI that allows for easy organization of positions, candidates and payments. I have never had any issues with Indeed.

Indeed is common but it could be better on both ends
3
It’s the most common used platform for hiring and where people post resumes so we utilize it. However, the most recurring problem is potential hires don’t read the ad before applying or opt in for a one-click apply and bypass reading about the job, the ad, or any potential screening
