About Securtime

SecurTime is a workforce management software designed to help businesses calculate and manage employees' attendance using various time tracking tools. With its personalized dashboard, staff members can request for paid time off (PTO), track overtime hours and access shift schedules. Key features include absence management, reporting, project costing and progress tracking.

Using SecurTime, enterprises can record employees' working hours in timesheets and track real-time attendance using mobile applications and fingerprint/facial recognition technology. Managers can grant access permissions to specific users and approve or reject submitted leave requests on a centralized platform. Additionally, professionals can authenticate and track employees' live locations via photo capture and geo-tagged punching.

SecurTime facilitates integration with various third-party human resource management system (HRMS) and payroll applications such as Zoho, SAP, PeopleWorks and more. SecurTime is available standalone or integrated with ADP Vista payroll. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via phone, email and other online measures.

Seamless & Accurate Reports for Time attendance & workforce management software

Our HR team can easily see total headcount for a day who has check in with accurate time, thereby ensuring if an employee is late we can necessary action. On field employee visits can be accurately checked by manager, thereby proxy visits can be avoided to large extent.

Pros:

Accurate & detail report is what you can expect from Securtime software. They also have mobile app, so employees on field can easily punch in through the app. It also captures the location, which is again a plus point for HR's to check if at all the employee visited client place.

Cons:

Integration with third party to some extent, apart from that no issue as such
