About TimeCheck

Timecheck is a web-based time and attendance management solution which helps organizations in industries such as retail, manufacturing or banking record employees’ working hours and manage schedules. Features include location tracking, notification, privilege management and data import/export.

Timecheck allows managers to approve requests for leaves or overtime, handle shift updates and track present employees via an online timesheet. The solution comes with an integrated SMS feature, which lets administrators send notifications for discrepancies such as late entries, early exits, absence or on-duty entry. Supervisors can configure the minimum work hours and set up validity/expiry days for employees to avail compensations.

Timecheck includes an employee management module, which helps human resources professionals create and update staff data, configure leave policies and track job history of employees. It comes with a mobile application for iOS and Android. Pricing is available on request and support is provided via phone and email.

Dashboard and calendar options are useful for an employer to monitor their employees attendance summary at a glance.

Cons:

There is nothing to dislike about this software as it is easy to use and effective. But, It will become more likable if this software is more relevant to industry specific best practices.

It’s a good application for managing the employee attendance

I have been using the application for the last three years and it is far better than any other application I have used so far.

A very useful application for managing employee attendance system

It reduces most of the manual work and provides most of the reporting in the dashboard about Present, Absent, Late-Entry & Non-processed records. Shift management module has been customized as per our organization's needs by TimeCheck.
