Botcopy is a gem

Have been very impressed and satisfied with Botcopy. It is encouraging too to see how it continues to evolve and improved.

Pros:

It is easy to configure and use, and allows easy abstraction of the user layer from the guts of the NLP and fulfilment engines. It allows us to easily white label additional points for specific clients.

Cons:

The customization documentation can at times be too simplistic and assume too much, could do with a bit more fleshing out of technical examples in some cases

Reasons for choosing Botcopy

Dialogflow strangely has a very poor webchannel and holds really no comparison with Botcopy.

Easy to use and implement. We can configure the solution in minutes and changed due the request of our clients. Great tool!

Cons:

analytic capabilities. It just work with dashbot and must pay for that too

Very little documentation on CX usage/integration
