Pros:

Thanks to this tool, it is easy today to create and train quickly one's own chat bot. It is a complete tool that can make the data collection, the structuration and much more. More than simple chat bot, you can use this too to set up your own Ai for different and complex task. All you need is to have the data to be used and GPT trainer itself can help in gathering those data

Cons:

For some complex tasks, the result is not quite good. You need to be sure that you have enough data and verified data before launching the training process. Another issue I have faced was that it does not take into account all languages, especially African languages. It will be a plus if they can work in this line

GPT-trainer; perfect fit for 1/10 the price

My colleagues and I have been very impressed with GPT-trainer so far. It's really easy to get started; there are good templates that gave us a solid starting point for our chatbot. Integration into our website took literally 120 seconds. Maintenance and administration are hassle-free.

Pros:

Cheap, monthly billing, cancel anytime. Powerful and fairly advanced, yet really intuitive product. Ready for developers, with an API and easy-to-read documentation. Built-in vector database with automatic web-scrabing. Active, transparent, and community-influensed development. Casual, yet professional support from a small team. GPT-trainer is a relatively small business, making them very reachable and in touch with their users.

Cons:

So far, there is no support for video. I would really like to see automatic transcription. API documentation could be a little more extensive, but it is by no means unusable. Generally, some minor features are still missing, but development is very active, and features are added often. Only able to add 4 collaborators, where there really should be no limit. Price tiers and what is included are not intuitive to understand for new users or potential customers.

Reasons for choosing GPT-trainer

I was in charge of finding a good RAG-system for our website. I looked at two giant, well-known solutions, and I was pretty unimpressed. Then I was told about GPT-trainer and signed up for the free trial. One week later, we were on board. It supplemented our traditional search really well and cost literally less than 1/10 of the other solutions.
