Messaging Studio is a communication solution for Salesforce tools that helps businesses manage customer interactions across multiple channels via a unified portal. The application sends real-time alerts, which enables agents to respond to messages and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

Messaging Studio allows organizations to define different roles and set up user permissions for members across teams and send notifications about incoming customer messages. It includes Einstein Bot Builder, which lets users create and deploy conversational bots to automatically respond to customer queries and gather feedback. Additionally, teams can schedule appointments, share personalized promotions, gather contact information, reduce cart abandonment rate and recommend products to customers.
