Agents can utilize the platform to handle multiple chats, instantly translate messages into over 100 languages in real time and more as the customer browses through the website.

Talkative allows businesses to interact with customers and move conversations from chats to audio to video calls during a session as per requirements. It lets professionals guide customers through customer-facing websites using the cobrowsing functionality and customize user interface as per brand image to improve customer engagement. Additionally, it helps supervisors gain visibility into agent activities or queues, call/chat logs and other workflows on a centralized dashboard.

Talkative integrates with various third-party systems including Mitel and Salesforce Service Cloud, allowing businesses to streamline customer relationship and contact centre processes. It is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via phone, email, live chat and other online measures.

    Simple to use, extensive feature set and deployed in minutes

    I needed to be able to quickly deploy chat widgets to websites, and be able to turn them off and on depending on the current needs of the website. This software solved all of my problems, and I had to put very little effort in to get it up and running. The support team are really helpful, and they have great documentation and example integrations too.

    Pros:
    I have several web applications which require a chat solution, so I may assist my customers and my client's customers, so the ability to quickly configure and deploy multiple chat widgets was essential. This product handled that with ease, and because of the widget configuration system, I can easily update and change my widget without needing to update the code on my website. Coupled with the integrations with external systems, and the custom webhooks, I was able to get all the relevant data from Talkative, into my bespoke applications with ease. As I am a web application builder, sometimes I need to help guide customers through the more complex parts of the websites I build, for example I have an event booking application which some users have difficulties with. The Cobrowsing tool makes it really easy to help guide my customers through booking processes without the needing them to install additional software, no only this, but I can also interact with their booking forms to help them complete their booking, all whilst hiding any sensitive data to gives my customers confidence in their security.
    Cons:
    None spring to mind, my journey so far has been really positive.
