    Human agents could not handle the workload i needed to scale my business VIVI provided me with a pathway to scale my business cost-effectively. With VIVI i got a full-service performance tuning and improvement program that the company experts managed. They custom-designed the flow and took care of all the nuances. We went live within two months and i am delighted with the service.

    It took a little longer to go live than expected.

    It barely functions.
    Cons:
    Upgrades are just like installing them frmo the beginning. No background updating and you have to downlaod an EXE file everytime you upgrade, jsut patheitic, abnd if you dont upgrade it stops working after a while and causes lots of other problems. Our school uses it and everyone hates it!
