About Kindrid

Kindrid is a cloud-based donation solution for churches. It helps users accept and manage giving through integration with church websites, social media platforms and campaigns. Key features include location tracking and multiple designation creation to collect givings.

Kindrid allows members to send donations via text message by using the unique giving number provided to each church. Members can also make contributions through web links that can be accessed across multiple devices. The solution lets churches track donations across various locations at one place.

Kindrid provides bank-level encryption to ensure financial data security for givers. Users can also see an overview of donations through graphs and charts. The solution provides customized videos and slides that can be used by churches for promotional purpose.

Services are offered on a subscription basis and a separate fee is also charged on each transaction.

Mobile giving made easy

Pros:

This was the first solution we used for sms giving. It was easy to use and direct to the point. I don't think we ever had a technical issue with this service. Rock solid.

Cons:

It did what it was supposed to do, but we replaced it with an in-app gift option for free vs paying fees for SMS gifts.

Amazing Giving Platform!

Pros:

Very intuitive interface, straight forward and packed with tons of features. Their text to give feature was the main reason that we made the switch from our previous giving platform. Before the switch we had maybe 20% of our congregation give through our online platform. Since we have made the switch over to Kindrid we are now at around 90% of our giving comes from either online or text to give. Also, we have seen increases in overall giving year-over-year. They also give you a fair amount of promotional tools to promote and encourage generous giving. 10 out 10 would recommend Kindrid!

Cons:

I have nothing negative to say about them.

Reasons for switching to Kindrid

Cheaper overall rate per transaction. Text to give was included and wasn't an additional fee. Also, no yearly subscription fee.

Pros:

Easy online giving with amazing customer service. I can get answers within 5 minutes in their live chat and there has never been a problem they cannot resolve.

Cons:

Their reports are very small...I need to ask them for a reports that I need which they do get to me very fast. With their new update coming out next month though, I heard we will be able to run the scheduling giving report I have been looking for.

Pros:

Kindrid provides the opportunity for our church attenders to easily and confidently give either during our offering time or at their own convenience. It's especially helpful to those who can't attend in person. The church gets the offering by the next day, no worries about theft or insufficient funds, and we have an excellent record of the transactions. It's user friendly for both giver and bookkeeping!

Cons:

there are no negatives as far as I'm concerned.

Pros:

I love that if I ever have issues (which are rare), I know I can resolve them within 10 minutes due to Kindrid's world-class customer service.

Cons:

If I have to choose something, it'd be that we have to pay extra for the 5-digit giving code. We'd really like one for ease-of-response, but we can't justify the extra cost.

We have used this product for a few years and had been easy to use and was easy to setup. Makes tracking donations very easy and imports directly to my financial software.

The fees can get a little complicated but other then that its great

Kindrid makes giving easy

Our transition to Kindrid went very smoothly. Resources provided in advance by Kindrid allowed our organization to be prepared and to communicate clearly to our users the changes that would coming. Since moving to Kindrid, our users have not complained about the software and giving has been steady. We consider no news good news.
