I LOVE ClinicMind! The customer support and tech support is so helpful and each representative helps and guide me with every question that I have. It's very easy to use and there are so many convenient features that make its so much easier for medical documentation. Managing patient accounts and patient records are easier, faster, more efficient. I have not had many bugs or issues with the software so far. My last representative, [sensitive content hidden], ia very kind in guiding me on how to use a new feature of ClinicMind 2.0, and I am very thankful for her compassion and patience. I look forward to all my zoom calls with the customer service and tech support team. I highly recommend them.
Cons:
There's still some features that I would like to use form the ClinicMind 1.0 that I wish could integrate and interchange easier with ClinicMind 2.0.

Their cloud system was very difficult to use and the billing to process claims cause more headaches and frustration that Clinic Mind could solve in minutes.

The ability for patients to have an online portal and fill out forms electronically. I also like that it brings the patient subjective into my SOAP note.
Cons:
Patients have been having issues getting the portal to work. They get an initial temporary password and then have to create a password with their first login. Once they try to login with that permanent password, the system freezes if they are trying to use a browser. It is forcing patients to download the app.
