    Flip is a wonderful teaching tool

    I've been using Flip since 2019 in every class I teach (I teach 9 college classes a year) for students to create introductory videos of themselves and share with the class. I love it - it's only gotten better over time.

    The biggest advantage of Flip is that it is easy to use - so we achieve a high level of use and have few barriers to entry for users who are not immediately convinced. We have also been able to customize many features for our use cases.
    Cons:
    If there were any problems, wishes or errors, Flip was always very constructive and provided quick solutions.

Mit der automatischen Übersetzungsfunktion wird die Kommunikation vereinfacht und verbessert. Die App fördert den Austausch und den Dialog zwischen den Kolleginnen und Kollegen - auch über Betriebs- und Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg. Die App bietet uns dazu alle notwendigen Funktionen und wird gemeinsam mit uns weiterentwickelt.

    Das Pricing mit den Paketen. Wir können nur wenige Features einsetzen die in einem Paket enthalten sind und sind deshalb noch nicht in das neue Pricing eingestiegen.

    Flip ist sehr einfach aus Administrativer Seite, aber auch aus Endanwendersicht.Der Kontakt zu Flip ist meistens sehr gut, schnell und Hilfreich.Gut finde ich zudem, dass Kundenfeedback immer gerne gesehen ist und auch an die Entwicklung weiter gegeben wird.
    Cons:
    Leider gab es bei der Anbindung von Flip an Entra (Azure AD) ein wenig Fehlkommunikation, aber am Ende hat es funktioniert. Leider ist der "Flip Syncer" nicht offen, d.h man muss für jede Veränderung Flip kontaktieren. Die Webversion auf dem Desktop ist leider nur eine portierte mobile Ansicht, somit ist es auf dem Desktop eine Funktionale, aber keine schöne Ansicht un d es geht viel Platz verloren.

    Flip bietet die Fusion aus gewohnten Socialmedia Anwendungen und ist somit enorm nutzerfreundlich. Außerdem bietet die App einen hohen Grad an Individualisierungsmöglichkeiten und fühlt sich somit wirklich wie unsere eigene App und nicht etwas von der Stange an., Durch die Serverunabhängige Installation ist es zudem bestens als Notfallkommunikationstool geeignet und Mitarbeiter haben Spaß daran auch außer berufliche Aktivitäten über die App zu teilen. Hinzu kommt die stetige transparente Verbesserung gepaart mit einem Klasse Support!
    Cons:
    Der Kalender weißt aktuell noch einige Schwächen auf die eine richtige Nutzung aktuell noch nicht möglich machen. Dank der transparenten Roadmap über die Neuentwicklungen mit den Nutzern geteilt werden, lässt sich jedoch erkennen, dass diese Thematik bekannt ist und an einer weiteren Verbesserung gearbeitet wird.

    Flip ist besser als WhatsApp, da sicherer. So können allen Mitarbeitern auch datengeschützte, sensible Informationen vermittelt werden.
    Cons:
    Ich finde es nicht gut, dass ich keine Benachrichtigungen durch die App erhalte, da ich kein iPhone besitze. Theoretisch müsste ich jeden Tag aktiv die App öffnen, um alle Infos zeitnah zu erfahren. Manchmal gucke ich aber nur alle 14 Tage rein.
