About Yay

Yay is a hosted VoIP phone system designed for enterprises and small businesses. It offers a cloud PBX with call routing and forwarding, and desktop and mobile apps.The system has a range of capabilities including inbound calls, time of day call handling, unlimited voicemail, call recording, and business messaging.

It also offers multi-level IVR call menus, voicemail transcription, call monitoring, and CRM and third-party integrations.         Really strong call quality, easy to customise and good support
        Cons:
        My old VoIP provider would show me that a colleague had answered a call and who. We have lost this function now sadly.

Just as a note, it's possible to see when your colleagues are on a call/available via the contacts section in the softphone app. If interested in viewing who answered calls, this detail can be viewed in your online dashboard and includes detail such as where the call came from, who picked it up, call duration and call recordings. You can also filter on the information you want to see, as well as download this detail for trend analysis too.         A great VOIP provider for a small business

        The price, this was so easy to set up and the plan we were on was just great to get us started in the beginning. We really needed an answer service to help our growing small business with a large self employed time and this was just perfect for leaving clients with a professional experience when we hadn’t moved out our office out from the garage. It was easy to add extra staff once we started expanding and actually allowed us to keep our staff as work from home because of how easy the software is to use.
        Cons:
        No cons. It’s really well priced and I would consider it actually more than reasonable what they ask for for the level of service and features you get
