Just as a note, it's possible to see when your colleagues are on a call/available via the contacts section in the softphone app. If interested in viewing who answered calls, this detail can be viewed in your online dashboard and includes detail such as where the call came from, who picked it up, call duration and call recordings. You can also filter on the information you want to see, as well as download this detail for trend analysis too.
