A clear overview on who is going to work on which task and the automated scheduling of recurring tasks is very convenient

Cons:

No real cons in my opinion. Future improvements could be to integrate with slack

Fixform, top toepassing voor wie overzicht wil in een verscheidenheid aan opdrachten.

Super toegankelijk, zeer tevreden dat bij een massa aan opdrachten het overzicht door deze tool kan bewaard worden.

* Overzicht * Opvolging van opdrachten * Taakverdeling en planning * 1 centraal punt waar iedereen zijn melding op komt * zeer gebruiksvriendelijk

Cons:

* Geen, van zodra ik een opmerking of aanpassing nodig vind, dan kan je in gesprek gaan met de beheerders en zijn ze zeer flexibel om hiervoor een aanpassing te doen.

Reasons for choosing FixForm

Omdat de toepassing uitgebreid, doch simpel in gebruik is. De andere toepassingen waren mijns inziens veel gecompliceerder, wat de werking niet ten goede komt.

- The user-friendly interface makes it easy to report issues (you can take a picture, upload it and send it smoothly) - The preventive maintenance capabilities ensure that our facilities operate with minimal downtime - The revamped document/file management is intuitive, keeping all necessary documents easily accessible. - The platform also offers multilingual support, which is a great asset for our diverse teams. - Additionally, the fast onboarding process means immediate benefits without long wait times!

Cons:

A pity we didn't discover this earlier ;-)

Plannen en rapporteren van herstellingen werd veel eenvoudiger

Het bedrijf achter Fixform denkt al sinds het begin met ons mee om alle noden en vragen beantwoord te krijgen. Dankzij een fijne flexibele houding zijn we nu tot een product gekomen dat voor ons heel wat aparte taken en administraties samen kon voegen. Wie vaak met een technisch team werkt, weet immers dat administratie niet hun beste kant is of hun meest favoriete taak. Door alles te vereenvoudigen en op 1 platform te bundelen zijn er geen redenen meer om het niet correct bij te houden.

Bijna iedereen heeft tegenwoordig een smartphone. Het is dan ook heel simpel om huurders uit te leggen hoe ze meldingen moeten maken. Foto's maken het ook een stuk eenvoudiger soms om het probleem vooraf beter in te schatten. Vaak matcht nl. de tekst (wat de huurder denkt) niet per se met wat de foto toont (voor kenners). Zo kunnen we alsnog voorbereid ter plaatse gaan.

Cons:

Momenteel kan je (nog) niet via het platform communiceren met de melder. Dat bemoeilijkt soms het plannen van een interventie, want je moet even via een ander kanaal contact leggen en dan alsnog die communicatie overnemen in Fixform zodat je technisch team ook op de hoogte is.

De tijdswinst en overzicht die je krijgt. Ook het eenvoudig melden zorgt voor het sneller capteren van problemen. Opvolgen van periodieke keuringen super makkelijk inclusief documentatie.

Cons:

Bij het opstarten van het platform overload aan meldingen. Eens dat door is werkt her super aangenaam en efficiënt.

- Makkelijk in gebruik - uitbreiding naar kamerniveau was een absolute meerwaarde - opvolging gebreken, onderhoud, herstellingen van technische installaties is makkelijk op te volgen - toegankelijk voor al onze medewerkers, bewoners en bezoekers.

Wij hebben tot op heden nog geen negatieve punten ervaren bij het gebruik van Fixform.

Fixform is zeker een meerwaarde binnen een WZC/organisatie

Zeer vlotte opstart en zeer gemakkelijk in gebruik. Makkelijk communicatie middel tussen WZC en bezoekers/families. Zeer handig voor frequent terugkerende opdrachten, etc... Ik zou dit nog willen uitbreiden naar bv. zorg en keuken en poets...
