Easy transition, intuitive design

The people I worked with at Therapylake were very transparent and helpful. The software itself seems to be very thoughtfully built so it looks very professional. Overall as positive of an experience as one can have when switching to another EHR system.

Pros:

Therapylake is designed to be very intuitive and clutter free compared to some of the other software solutions on the market. It is very user friendly, but still has the functionality we need to run our 200+ staff practice. A big plus was that we were fully taken care of during the switching process, from the data to the training and support and most of the therapists did not need training. I can say we are about 40% more efficient at scheduling, billing and claims management. Overall our staff is much happier using this software and a lot of admin work has been automated.

Cons:

They are practice management only and will be launching their data collection piece towards the end of August 2025.

Reasons for switching to TherapyLake

We were facing alot of issue with support and the quality of the product. It kept glitching, was missing alot of important functionality that Therapylake provides and overall was a torture to use. TherapyLake team promised us a painless transition and brought all our data.

easy to use, straightforward

overall i had a pretty good experience with therapylake they were easy to talk to and didnt have random fees and other things associated with their software. the software was fairly easy to use and straightforward. I was recommended by a friend who has good things to say about it and ended up using it adopting it for our team as well.

Pros:

I like the fact that most of my staff did not need to be trained to use the software because it was very easy to understand and use

Cons:

there was one thing, when i first started using it they didn't have data collection, but they released it already
