Great UI/UX and I am a happy user. It is a well though through app which ticks all boxes and auto save option comes in handy where you fill in time and you didnt have to go back and think have I submitted my timesheet or not

Pros:
Very convinient to use and I can easily manage and fill time. Starting from looking for a project, adding it to start filling in time, copying last weeks activities and time are a game changer
Cons:
Cant think of anything. I dont really have to spend as much time I used to previously where it used to take me several minutes to be able to complete my timesheets

I like the fact it can be customizable for your needs. I have been working with the Birdview team for the past two years and it seems like any ask is doable.
Cons:
I don't like the fact of every little change costs credits. It would have been nice to have a feature where for 6 months you could make changes to the platform without being charged credits.

I did not, my manager chose BV as she was initially the one in charge.

Pros:
The ability to create templates so that our service providers can quickly and easily log in their time and associated details. We were looking for a Canadian owned and operated company, and found it in Birdview!
Cons:
You do have to allow time and energy for learning the platform, and configuring it to your company's needs. But that is the probably the same for any platform.

It is a Canadian owned and operated company, and had the functions that we were looking for. And because it was a project management software, not a CRM.

Overall, the current experience is good. However, I would like to see more of my team actively using the tracking system, as it has been challenging to get everyone started.

It’s great that the time tracking feature can now be added and linked directly to Jira tickets. This integration makes it much easier to maintain accurate records of work progress and ensures better visibility for both the team and project managers. By connecting time entries with specific tasks, we can streamline reporting, improve accountability, and reduce manual effort. Overall, this enhancement will help us stay organized and keep projects on track
Cons:
The process of finding and adding hours feels a bit clunky. Specifically, the ‘Add Time’ feature makes it difficult to locate tickets unless I have the numbers memorized, and the search function doesn’t always return results when typing the Jira ticket number. It would be helpful to have an end-of-day reminder and a Jira integration that prompts you to log your time before submitting the ticket for the next person. This would streamline the workflow and reduce missed time entries

Hours tracking and project milestones. The gantt charts are a great tool.
Cons:
Project tracking with teams gets combersome as more and more projects are added. There doesn't seem to be a great way to organize the projects for quick and easy views.

Birdview review from a scheduler standpoint

When we were first transitioning to Birdview, I thought it was going to be the end of the world. It was going to triple the time spent on sending charts and it was not as user friendly. After becoming accustomed to it, although still more time consuming, it has proven to not be so bad after all!

I like that once you know what you are doing, it is easy to navigate. I am a very detail-oriented person and Birdview allows for a lot of details!
Cons:
Compared to the software we were using before, Birdview is more tedious and time sensitive. There a lot more steps than our previous software. I don't LOVE the schedules in Birdview and the functionality in finding which charts were sent on which days

Mid experience with birdview

Overall birdview has been helpful for organizing projects but I find that I wish it were more user friendly. I previously used Asana and I wish Birdview was organized similarly. It's hard to see the difference spaces, projects, and filters. The organization is overwhelming so it makes me use birdview only minimally.

I like the ability to put start and end dates and dependencies. I also like receiving emails about upcoming tasks. It is relatively easy to use the birdview interface.
Cons:
I wish there was a desktop version of birdview. I find it hard locating the different spaces, especially with a large team. I also wish there was an easy way to view all my upcoming tasks that are due rather than having to see them by going to each space and project. I used Asana and like being able to see a list of tasks assigned to me by order of due date.
