It’s great to know the flexibility, reporting, and user management features are supporting your team in managing multiple organizations efficiently. We appreciate your feedback on expense management. You’re right that expense IDs don’t currently appear on the breakdown report, and that receipts can’t yet be emailed directly with invoices from Projectworks - I’ve shared this feedback with our Product team. For a more detailed view in the meantime, a custom report could help you generate a more comprehensive expense summary. Hi Dave, thank you for taking the time to review us! We’re thrilled to hear our Success team has been so helpful - they go the extra mile, and your shout-out means a lot. You can send a PDF invoice direct from Projectworks to a customer and customize the template. There is a lot of additional info that can be added to the PDF that Projectworks creates, as there is data that doesn't exist in Xero. For example you could include the total project budget and the total invoiced to date. You can also export the invoice to Xero to maintain your financial records. However, it is currently not possible to automatically create an invoice line for every time entry associated with an invoice. Totally understand that discovering a new platform in a new role can feel like jumping on a moving train - but we’re here to help make the ride smoother. You’ve raised a really helpful suggestion about being able to send invoices with attachments and editable emails directly from within Projectworks. While exporting to Xero is currently required for these steps, we can see how a more complete in-platform invoicing experience would save time.
