I never knew hiring could be this easy.

I'm a Virtual Assistant Matchmaker, offering consulting and recruitment of VAs in the Philippines for small businesses in the US, Canada and Europe. I see a lot of applicants for every job. On top of using an ATS, it requires significant time to interview the number of applicants to get the level of expertise for my final 3 candidates. Hirevire made the whole thing a piece of cake. We were able to offer 1:1 zoom interviews as well as Hirevire. If they did the 1:1, we required that they submit portfolios, intro videos and otherwise via Hirevire after. I LOVE that they recently added the ability to have automated reminders for those you have sent to. No more hounding people for requirements. It's a game changer and I'm thrilled.

Hirevire looks nice, is easy to use and understand AND they have amazing customer service. They remove obstacles from attracting the best applicants by offering video interviews in flexible time for candidates. I appreciated that they even extend their tech support chat to applicants too!

Cons:

Nothing that time won't fix. I'm looking forward to more recorded videos on how to navigate features. Unique use case ideas from those of us in different industries and additional integrations.
