Boulevard has been an absolute game-changer for our business. As someone who’s used multiple platforms in the beauty and wellness space, I can confidently say this is the best I’ve experienced—especially when it comes to appointment management. It’s intuitive, reliable, and built to support both staff and client needs seamlessly. Customer support deserves its own shoutout: they are incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful. The in-app messaging feature makes it easy to get quick answers without having to jump through hoops. Payment processing is also a major win. The built-in 3% tax offset feature is a blessing—it takes the guesswork out of covering processing fees and helps protect our bottom line without any awkwardness. No software is perfect, but what really sets Boulevard apart is how quickly they address bugs and system issues. Their team is proactive, transparent, and communicative when improvements or fixes are underway. Overall, my experience with Boulevard has been really positive. It’s made running the salon smoother and more efficient, and I love how easy it is for both staff and clients to use. While there are a few quirks ( most likely a user error) with scheduling, the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks. It’s a solid platform that continues to improve, and I’d definitely recommend it.
