    Working with the Zenoti has been a really great experience! They have been flexible with their time throughout the setup process and how to we were able to work through our launch--during a busy holiday season! Our Implementation manager was great and helped us work through the data with a fine tooth comb as we transitioned from our old system.
    Cons:
    Some constructive feedback is that it would be helpful if Zenoti's team allowed for more time with the implementation team once launching. After go-live, they offer a 2-week window with daily check-ins and standby access with the implementation manager. It took some time using the new system to identify areas that required more attention or development. But what I would say is that while their structure may not be setup for the additional support, my Implementation manager [sensitive content hidden] made/continues to make the effort to stay connected and follow through on open items.

    Excellent data, onboarding takes effort

    Overall, our experience has been good. The system was challenging to adjust to in the beginning, but once we learned it, it became more manageable. The data analysis and reporting are a major benefit, and it’s helped us run the business with more insight and structure. [sensitive content hidden] has been great with the onboarding process

    Zenoti has strong reporting and data analysis tools that make it easier to track performance, sales trends, and team/service metrics. Once set up, it helps us make better decisions because the numbers are clear and detailed
    Cons:
    The biggest downside was the learning curve. Coming from our previous software, Zenoti felt tricky at first and took time to understand. Some workflows feel less intuitive, and it required extra training before our team felt fully comfortable

    I’ve been using this software for over 2 years, it’s easy and has everything a salon owner needs to succeed in the industry.
    Cons:
    It’s very complex and sometimes difficult to remember all the functionality of the software, but the support team are always available to help.

    Unauthorized billing after documented cancellation

    I am a medical practice owner who used Zenoti for my spa business. I provided clear written notice on November 27, 2025 requesting a downgrade and explicitly stated that December 31, 2025 would be my final day with Zenoti. Zenoti acknowledged this request and confirmed internal review. I fully transitioned to another platform and did not authorize any charges beyond December. Despite this, Zenoti charged my bank account after cancellation, without prior notice or authorization. Multiple follow-ups were required, and the issue escalated into a billing dispute. While the software itself may work for some organizations, billing transparency and cancellation execution were deeply problematic. I strongly recommend that other business owners document all communications carefully and monitor billing closely.

    Cons:
    Billing and cancellation handling. Despite providing clear written notice and receiving acknowledgment from Zenoti, my account continued to be charged after the stated cancellation date. Resolving billing issues required repeated follow-ups and escalation.
