In total we appreciate the product as user friendly & useful HR exchange platform which gives better understanding .

Cons:

1. Platform needs improvement issue is HR responsiveness some places needs to gear up which would greatly improve the overall experience. 2.Feedback on candidate rejection should be clearly shared. It Helps us to work more better gives more clarity to pick right profile. 3. Job descriptions should have locations same on header and Mandatory skills. Providing this information will improve clarity and help avoid confusion during the hiring process. 4.Please share the reason for candidate rejection. Some places we unable to see. Not all. 5.Joining Time : This should be highlighted for all the JD's. Some places we unable to see. Not all. If we come across to help and assist the platform in future we surely share the points which will have added values either. Cons:

Good Recruitment portal for freelance recruiters, need to bring in bulk openings in the portal. Working for 1/2 open positions is a bit challenging some times
