CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND......

We met with 3 reps of 3 booking platform companies and we were most impressed with Now Book It and decided to proceed, [sensitive content hidden] service since has been exceeded our expectations and I have previously taken the time to share emails of praise with Now Book It Management as her service really has gone above and beyond on a number of occasions

Pros:

We have been EXTREMELY impressed with the support and exceptional service [sensitive content hidden] has provided us from initial stage setting up through to each of my questions that have arisen as we adapt our business.

Cons:

I believe an app would be beneficial, trying to view bookings via a phone when away from my laptop are super difficult with tiny font and tough to navigate - may just be an Apple/me issue but needing to see bookings away from work isn't as easy as I hoped it would be The daily summary is helpful but it's the viewing a particular date when needed is quite challenging, on a laptop it is super user friendly and easy to read/navigate.

Superior service and pricing based on we offer just one service a week and the platform needs to be viable for us over manual bookings

Huge time saver. Best Booking System

Very good. Great service. Constant updates Massive time saver. Automations and Voucher option is really great.

Saves time and follows up with guests. EVoucher option is constant income stream. Guest analysis and knowledge is surpassed.

Cons:

Some booking placements. Needs to be checked. Understanding settings helps alleviate guest seating arrangements.

Pros:

The ease of use was a great starting point. The set up help and on going support is 5 stars! We can use the platform for day to day booking but also events and pre-sales.

Cons:

Some of the system set up can be hard to follow first up and no app so far.

Pros:

Value for money can’t be beaten, supppirt is 1st class, simplicity of system for staff training is excellent. Has tested and trialled other system but this has been far superior to others

Cons:

Nothing so far, they are continually improving the system regularly and adding new features that enhance the value of the system

Grand Central review on Now Book It

It has been amazing, the transition from paper to computer has made everything more organized and having the ability to view what is going on in the restaurant from home has been a game changer.

Being able to organize future bookings days or even weeks in advance, alongside with reoccurring bookings.

Cons:

My experience with teaching some of the staff that are unfamiliar with computers have been unpleasant, we have mostly resorted to keeping an eye on their mistakes.

Awesome Team comms centre. Allowing Focus on guests experience

Love it. Very handy to keep the kitchen and chefs upto date with bookings. Often used to share runsheets for functions and comminicate to the whole team the spwcific requirements and requests made by guests. Helping to project a professional informed team ready to deliver a great custpmer experience.

Pros:

Easy navigation and up to the minute info on bookings. Allows senior staff to relay loads of details about bookings and requests from guests. With the ability for multiple usesrs accessing the data thoughout the shift and week. FOH can easily see when peak times are comkng and even move table into sections to balance the load at service time.

Cons:

Would be even better if was able to be quickly accessed thru an app. Also if it could link to till systems so opening up tabs for tables and transactions could be linked to booking data.

Coral and Avoca Beach House

Great. I get good interaction and support from [sensitive content hidden] and his team. It is easy to use once set up. We also use it to forecast our staffing levels.

Easy to use. Clear information. Giftcards are easy to use and track. Pleanty of options to adjust and personalise

Cons:

Can sometimes get stuck. I would like to know how to access or use training units as I am sure we are not using all the available functions. It would also be good if you could quickly see the number of bookings for the same day the year previous. Just so we can track our performance and help with forecasting sales and manpower

Pros:

The online booking system is user-friendly and integrates seamlessly with our database. It is very cost-effective compared to other booking platforms. It also includes an online gift card sales feature, which helps generate additional revenue. The merchant support is excellent. Our Customer Account Manager is highly professional, responsive, and provides us with outstanding support.

Cons:

Overall, we have had a positive experience with Now Book It. However, we hope the Admin section can be made more user-friendly.

Fantastic system with incredible customer service

It's been very helpful with the customer service, any questions I have are answered quickly and I really love how easy the system is to navigate

Pros:

The system is easy to use with many great ways to create events and do add on's for special days. The easy way to add tables, change settings and add block outs are a wonderful, easy tool.

Cons:

It's the best system I've used over the past 20 years. The only thing I found difficult was full payment unable to be used for add on's for special days (for example - adding full payment for roses for Valentine's Day).
