Concur’s Intelligence feature enables employees to create customized dashboards, providing a summary of multiple reports that enable finance managers to track travel expenses.

I use this tool mostly for expenses. Its fairly easy to use and navigate. Quick and easy way to keep all expenses in one place and I like the ability to upload expense receipts via phone. The support site also contains some great information related to using and navigating through the tool.

The company I previously worked for used Concur for both expense management and travel management. It is in my opinion that Concur is excellent for both options. It's convenient (has a mobile app as well), easy for most to use and for the most part prevents the need to use other software. Since Concur was connected to my Amex card, most of the charges showed up in Concur and all I had to do was confirm them, add an expense category (if not already selected), attach a receipt simply by taking a picture of it from the app, and wait for it to get approved. As a manager that needed to approve expenses, I would receive notifications right from the app as well. As for booking travel, that was easy too. I simply entered where I was going, for how long, etc... and it would find what hotels, airlines and rental cars were available and that met my company guidelines. Since my profile already contained my payment info, travel preferences and rewards info, all I had to do was confirm the booking. I highly recommend Concur to all companies that have employees who travel and incur company expenses.
Convenience of everything being on one app/software.
None in my opinion, but I could see someone who wasn't very tech savvy needing additional time to get used to using the interface.
At the very least, check out Concur if you're considering an expense and travel software.

Software is very user friendly and offers support in understanding how to use it. Menus are very well structured and easily accessible and customer support was always prompt.
There are no issues I could point out about Concur. It works very very well.
I strongly recommend this software for expense tracking. I find it to be the best when it comes to this area.
