Crexendo Cloud Business Phone System bundles hosted PBX applications with SIP trunking service for a single-vendor VoIP solution. Crexendo provides Internet connections over cable, T1, fiber optic, MPLS, metro Ethernet and DSL for businesses that require fully managed connections to SIP trunking and hosted PBX services.

This system offers standard PBX features, such as auto attendants, in addition to call center features, such as call queues, for inbound callers.

Pricing for the system is on a per seat per month basis. Whereas many IP PBX systems require businesses to use a third-party SIP trunking provider, Crexendo includes unlimited local and long distance calls with the price of a hosted PBX seat.

Service is offered according to three pricing tiers. The Basic plan only includes PBX applications and SIP trunking, whereas the Pro plan also includes IP phones. The Premium plan includes both IP phones and add-on PBX features, such as call recording and monitoring.
