Adra makes reconciling much easier.

Pros

Super easy to learn. I almost did not need the intro class. It accomplishes basic reconciliation automatically.

Cons

The functionality. I have only used it for reconciliation and have not seen much potential for use outside of that.

Does exactly what is required, simply and effectively

time saving, better accuracy, easier communications, between integration with onward systems. Potential long-term improvements in analysing fraud.

Pros

Adra Accounts is simple and easy to use: with 5 clear tabs covering the core functionality, training and familiarisation for other staff is easy - and the colour-coding help clarity

Cons

inability to merge data from different sources. I'm not sure why you would want anyone describing pros/cons to provide a minimum of 100 characters. Surely this is simply inviting verbosity and loss of clarity?

This is a Good solid product

Pros

I would recommend this product because it is easy to use and I can get a hold of support whenever I need to.

Cons

It can be somewhat lacking in features but the support team does try to help. I can say i find new things each week

Customer support has been hard to get in contact with sometimes. Overall it was pretty good. I would keep using it.
