Pros:

Ashby organizes our candidate pipeline in an easy way for me to know which candidates require my review. I also like the visualization of the pipeline.

Cons:

The filtering seems limited. Would like to be able to get more insights around trends and themes among the candidates and perhaps have some percentages around likelihood to move forward based on criteria.

Amazing ATS with lots of features

We've been using Ashby for almost 2 years now, and we absolutely love it. Since we started using it, so many things have changed: Ashby has added a ton of new features, and they're constantly growing and improving. The prices are still great compared to other similar ATS platforms. Their interface is incredibly user-friendly. It was very easy to implement, and it supports integrations with a lot of the apps we use on a daily basis, such as Hireflix, ZInc, etc. Even though they don't have live chat support, their email support is really helpful.

Pros:

Ease of use for our hiring managers to review resumes, evaluate candidates, and move candidates through the interview and offer stages. Also, there are reminder notifications that we very much appreciate. Finally, Ashby offers excellent reports and dashboard templates that can be very helpful in different types of metrics.

Cons:

I'm not sure there's anything we don't like about Ashby. If we have to say something, maybe the customer support response sometimes takes too long, but they do respond within a reasonable time.

Reasons for switching to Ashby

It has better features, especially for analytics, better price, and it is a platform that is easier to use.

Recruitment ATS

Ashby has a great interface, I like the colors, the features, the fact that's user friendly, very intuitive. Is definitely one of the most complete ATS that I've used.

Ashby is really easy to use and has a different useful features that makes candidate management an easy process for recruitment team or any member involved in the process.

Cons:

If there's a duplicated profile it has the option to merge them but after doing this both profiles still exists in the stage that each of them was created.

Mostly due a management decision but it's related to the features available for candidate management.

Ashby - Best ATS tool so far!

Ashby is one of the best tools I've ever worked with! Ashby keeps on delivering new tools and enhances experiences throughout the whole recruiting process. New features, UX designs and more are some of the things that keep me mostly interested, as well as the easy integrations and implementations it has to navigate through. I believe that the quality of service is worth the cost of the platform!

Pros:

Whenever I had a bug with arrows to move along candidates in the pipeline, the Support team assisted me and escalated the issue to be resolved. We have managed to centralize candidates' data, interviews & feedback, offer letters & tracking all in one place. This helps to have more transparency on recruiting efforts.

Cons:

I wish there could be a suggestion page for feedback or reviews. I know they can be sent via email but it would be great to have a place where to submit tickets/requests and then support and product team could evaluate.

The sign is process is very stressful, it does not let me use a google sign in like regular websites

Decent ATS Platform

Overall, the experience was decent. There were a few aspects that didn't work well for our company but customer service was able to help.

Pros:

Ashby has been the only ATS we've been able to find that can accommodate loop interviews by giving every interviewer the same Teams link.

Cons:

At the time, Ashby was not able to keep interviews private. Schedulers were able to see detailed calendar events of others if their calendars were integrated with Ashby.

Overall we still had a great team experience using this platform to post our jobs, and track all the candidates in their different hiring phases. I would recommend this to other recruiting teams.

Pros:

This platform had a wide variety of features that I have not seen with other applicant trackign systems. We were able to to navigate the platform with ease. We also had a great support team helping us through our integration process.

Cons:

A few cons, we noticed our reporting would glitch during peak business hours. This can be pricey if you have a very large team. Some features could not be customized which made it hard to gather some of the data points we were looking for.
